Nepal Expands Digital Education and Technical Skills Development

Educational institutions in Nepal are increasingly focusing on practical science, technology, engineering and mathematics education to prepare students for a changing employment market. Gandaki Province selected 11 community schools to receive grants for establishing STEAM laboratories, creating opportunities for educational technology providers and professional training organisations.
Education providers require modern digital infrastructure, learning analytics and technology-enabled training environments to improve educational outcomes. HPC supports institutional technology planning, AI-enabled learning platforms and high-performance computing deployments for an engagement fee of $550,000.
